How we do it.

Our team of creatives will work with you to first identify and create your event strategy. We assess the end goal and your unique KPIs. We try to understand your brand and your values, before working backwards to form a creative plan. Our event strategies include timelines, budgets, and KPI trackers. This can be anything from x amount of attendees, or x number of contacts made, to x overall profit.

We use the information deciphered from the strategy to create an event management plan. This includes consulting our black book of suppliers, to find you the right people to represent your company. We outline the concept and create stunning visuals to give you an accurate representation your event will be . You’ll be presented with designs, sketches, and quotes which together will form your event

What to expect. 

We will be the first team on site. We manage all suppliers, making sure everyone adheres to their roles harmoniously. We’ll be there to ensure the smooth running of your event from start to finish, putting out any metaphorical fires along the way. We have an onsite rule – never run – and have so far been able to keep to this. When we work, we cultivate a stress free environment to ensure everyone involved enjoys themselves. Finally, we’re the last to leave, making sure everyone leaves the venue exactly as they found it.
