We’ll have a consultation call where we will help you work out what you’re looking for, and then find you some options which suit the brief. Then we’ll present them to you in a simple and easily comparable way, so you can make an informed decision.

This is ideal for people who have no idea where to start with venues, or don’t have the time for the back and forth.

Want your event to look the dogs but not artistically minded? Nay bother! This is our jam. We’ll have a consultation call to work out what you do and don’t like, sometimes it’s easier to start with what you don’t like. Then we’ll create you three design boards to choose from. Each board will have inspiration ideas, guidance on what materials to use, set ideas, and also your own unique colour palette. 

This is ideal for style conscious companies who are cool with the practical stuff but need some help with artistic vision.

How are you supposed to know which production company is right for you!? Answer: you’re not. I’ll find you suppliers for each elements of your event which are suited to your business and budget. This includes all the different areas, from venue to catering to band and photographer to set and… you get the idea. We’ll get you three quotes for each supplier, and then hand over to you.

 This is ideal for those who don’t have the time to find the suppliers which are right for them or have tried but can’t find them!

Arguably one of the most time-consuming parts of event planning. If you’re cool with the event itself, but need a hand with the comms, we can help with that. We can have an email address set up under your business if you like, and will deal with all invites, RSVPs, dietaries, reminders, confirmation emails, and so on. We also answer everyone’s questions, and make sure they get the information they need.

This is ideal for those who don’t want to be constantly replying to emails. 

Is your floor plan currently a scribble on the back of a receipt? We can help you create floor plans, seating plans, dietary plans, service plans, full logistic, timelines… you get the idea. All completed to the highest professional standard and presented in super easy to understand formats. 

Ideal for those who want professional documentation which can be shared with the team to accompany their plans.
